Online Research

For all organisations, research data serves as a vital tool to help them understand the current state of national, regional and local markets, industries drivers and trends, evolving technologies, and investment and consumer spending trends, as well as providing critical benchmarks and direction for the future. Ultimately, research is best used as part of the strategic decision-making process, to help organisations make informed and correct decisions about their future actions. For some key insights or dempgraphics, Online Research is a power but cost effective methodology.

Web Surveys

Web surveys are surveys where an email is sent to respondents inviting them to participate in an online survey. The email contains a link to the Survey landing page which can be branded on non-branded using iReach technology.

Pop-ups

Pop-up surveys work well when surveying visitors to a website. The basic idea is to intercept users on their way into (or out of) a website, and present them with a pop-up window asking them to participate in a survey. Pop-ups can be used in two different ways – as a Recruitment mechanism to join a survey or the pop-up actually contains the Web Survey Questionnaire itself.

Banner Surveys

Banner surveys are self-selecting web surveys. Since some companies do not allow pop-up surveys on their site, banner advertisements on these sites or community networks attract respondents to participate in the Web Survey.
