Online Focus Groups

A unique offering from iReach, on-line focus groups are ideal when traditional focus groups are not possible. On-line focus groups involve 8-12 individuals who “meet” on-line. The discussion takes place in realtime, and the moderator asks questions and probes just as they would in a traditional focus group.

Recruitment is subject to the same guidelines as traditional focus groups, and during the group, participants can adopt a pseudonym thereby allowing anonymity and sensitive issues to be discussed. A further benefit of on-line focus groups is that they allow respondents from any location to participate, and therefore reducing time and travel costs.

Key Benefits and Features:

  • Collects insights from more people in less time
  • Combines benefits of qualitative and quantitative techniques

  • Enables responses to be processed real-time
  • Facilitates team decision-making
  • Transcripts are available immediately for reporting or e-mailing
  • No travel required
