Consumer Decisions Multibus The service, which is the first of its kind in Ireland, accesses a minimum sample of 1,000 adults aged 18 to 65+ years, with fieldwork conducted through a new Multimedia Call Centre solution from Nortel blending e-mail, web and telephony communications into a single iReach call centre engine for sophisticated and multimodal surveys.
