Consumer Decisions Multibus

The service, which is the first of its kind in Ireland, accesses a minimum sample of 1,000 adults aged 18 to 65+ years, with fieldwork conducted through a new Multimedia Call Centre solution from Nortel blending e-mail, web and telephony communications into a single iReach call centre engine for sophisticated and multimodal surveys.

Participants can purchase a single question or a group of questions as part of the Omnibus survey which will be executed each month using the unique iReach Consumer Panel of 15,000 participants who have opted in to participate in such surveys.
